Workshops

To provide the best educational opportunities for each individual student body, we offer multiple options for classes:

~ Open Rehearsal

Members of the Boston String Quartet will provide a mock rehearsal for student review and questioning. Items addressed will include performance technique, conflict resolution, group communication, and other items.

~ Masterclass

Schools may select students to perform for members of the Boston String Quartet and guest soloists and receive verbal critique.

~ Workshop

Members of the Boston String Quartet will interact with students in hands on demonstrations and experiments focusing on items such as classical crossover techniques.

~ Lecture

Members of the Boston String Quartet will discuss various performance related items such as performance anxiety, music business, and others.
